How to order

To order a book, you have to do three steps:

1st step.
There are three ways to order our books:

	fill our order form (under construction)
	use our postal address and send a letter
	send e-mail (please, do not attach files)

We need the following information:
1. How many books do you want to order?

2. Title of the book.
3. Your organization and name.
3. Your ZIP code and address.
4. Your e-mail address.

Please, note: individuals must use their home address and their orders may not be paid by organizations.

2nd step.
After our confirmation (do not do this without it!), please, remit:

3rd step.
When your money will be received (it takes usually 7-10 days), we inform
you and send your books (it takes about a month).

4th step.
This step is not an obligatory requirement, but we ask a favor of you. Please, inform us via e-
mail, when you will receive your order. For shipping we use a service of the post and a firm, which
guarantees a shipping from Chelyabinsk to Europe for a week. Therefore, we'd like to know how
permanently does this work. The use of the state post takes one or three months.
