Basic items

The purpose of a journal is fast publication of new scientific and practical results of researches as well as survey and/or scientific - methodical works representing interest for a wide range of researchers.

The results being published in the journak,can be received in fields of mathematics and computer science, natural and humanitarian sciences, on problems of the person and environment.

The journal was founded and registered as an official printed body in Press Committee of Russian Federation in 1997 (certificate N 016381 on July 18, 1997).

• The Chelyabinsk Scientific Center, Ural Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences (CSC of UB RAS), Chelyabinsk,
• Russian Federal Nuclear Center - Russian Research Institute of Technical Physics (RFNC-VNIITF), Snezhinsk, Chelyabinsk oblast
• Southern Ural State University (SUSU), Chelyabinsk.

Organization of works on preparation of the electronic version of the journal and its maintenance on Web site csc.ac.ru are provided by by CSC of UB RAS and SUSU, Chelyabinsk.

The PDF files are created in RFNC-VNIITF (Snezhinsk) as well as the hard copy for obligatory dispatch over Russian libraries.

Distribution and copyright

After printing hard copy of the issue the references are inserted by usual manner. Number of volume, number of issue, and page numbers are presented in table of contents of the journal (both in Russian and English), which is stored on that Web site containg the texts of articles.
