General information

The electronic journal "Proceedings of the Chelyabinsk Scientific Center" is intended mainly for the fast publication of the brief messages about new, anywhere not printed significant results of researches.

The journal publishes also review monographic articles representing common interest for this or that area of a science. Such communications should be anticipated by a sending of the application containing the abstract and a table of contents of the article, that will allow to co-ordinate with edition a question on expediency of the publication, its volume and term of an output.

The articles can be submitted in Russian and English languages.

The separate articles and journal as a whole are accessible to the readers in Russia and abroad through the Internet. URL is: http://csc.ac.ru/news/.

The representation in electronic journal of the brief message does not interfere with the publication of its extended variant as the article in the traditional scientific journals.

Heads of E-journal

The journal consists of heads representing various directions of scientific, technical and humanitarian researches. Each of heads has separate editorial board. The authors send the articles in editorial board of the appropriate heads for reviewing.

The articles, which have arrived in edition, pass examination of the editorial board members, and if necessary are directed on external reviewing to the authoritative foreign scientists co-operating with a journal. By the decision of editorial board the article can be rejected, if it does not satisfy to the above mentioned requirements.

The requirements to execution of the article

  1. The article should be prepared in the text editor Word for Windows (version 6.0/7.0) with use of the Arial font by a size 11 points through 1 interval. Page headers: upper - 18 mm, inferior - 0.

      Prepering texts is allowed by help of TEX(LATEX) editor generally for "Mathematics" and "General and technical physics" heads. Please, submit your paper in Adobe PDF format.
      In case of preparation of the text with the help of the editor TEX (LATEX) of paper it are represented in PDF format.

  2. The size of the article should not exceed 5 pages of the text, including the tables, figures and list of the literature.

  3. Page by the size A4. The fields: the upper - 18 mm, inferior - 22 mm, left-hand - 13 mm, right - 21 mm. The pages are not numbered.

  4. Figures (size no more than half of page) and captions are put in the text. Furthermore the figures created in any graphic editor should be sent as separate file of one of these formats: GIF, JPEG, TIFF, PCX.

  5. The authors should carefully verify the article, as it is published in that kind, in what is given in edition and is not exposed proof-reading. The authors bear the responsibility for mistakes, available in the article.

  6. With a set of the text of the article it is necessary to avoid:
    • Use of automatic and fixed carry of words (we recommend to turn in automatic hyphenation);
    • More than two marks of a blank in succession (with large shifts to use the tabulator).

  7. With a set of the formulas it is necessary to adhere to the following sizes: complete - 11, symbol - 18, indexes - 9, index of a symbol - 12, index of an index - 7.

  9. The references in the text on the quoted literature are given in square brackets. It is possible to give the references to electronic addresses of the articles, for example,

  10. The references are resulted at the end of the article and are made out as follows.

    For the books: a name and surname of the authors, complete title of the book, place of the edition, publishing house, year of the edition, and total of pages. For example: Mott N.F., Davis E.A. Electronic Processes in Non-crystalline Solids. Oxford: Clarendon, 1979. - 320p.

    For the periodic editions: a name and surname of the authors, Title of qthe article, the title of a magazine, year of the edition, volume, number, page from and up to. For example: van der Lugt W. - Polyanions in liquid alloys: a decade of research// J.Phys.: Condens. Matter, 1996, v.8, p.6115-6138.

  11. To the article it is necessary are applied abstracts (on separate page, which is not set off in volume of the article). The circuit of construction of the auto abstract:

  12. The prepared file with communication should be sent to the editor or responsible secretary of the appropriate head of the journal by e-mail. The file may be compressed by ZIP, ARJ and/or RAR archivers/ The transfer is desirable for carrying out on a procedure "Attached files" (for Windows) or using UUENCODE (for DOS).
